Bowmore Forth Bridge Centennial Flagon 10 Year Old

Released to celebrate the centenary of the iconic Forth Rail Bridge on the 4th of March 1990.

Although this flagon is described as a Limited Edition of 1200, the reality is that onlt 400 were ever issued due to a contractual issue, there are no numbered examples higher than 400. This information was supplied by then Customer Services Manager, Mr George Hocknul at Bowmore.

An impressive black flagon in a red silk lined presentation box containing the Certificate of Authenticity in the form of a replica invitation to the official opening by the Princeof Wales, contains other related paperwork.

This is flagon No.113, 10 year single malt, 40%ABV / 75cl.

This incredible structure (the bridge) is 'on track' to being declared a World Heritage Site.
