In celebration of the 2011 Royal Wedding TWE selected a single sherry cask of Port Ellen and bottled it on 29th April - the wedding day itself. The spirit was distilled in 1982, the same year that Prince William and The Duchess of Cambridge (aka Kate Middleton) were both born, and the year before the distillery closed. It's a big, dark cask-strength dram with rich, dry sherrywood flavours.
