This first-fill Bourbon Barrel, distilled in October 1995 - the first year of production - has slumbered at the distillery for 16 years and infused The Arran Malt with delicious notes of honey, vanilla and rich orchard fruits.
The whisky was chosen by a team of whisky aficionados as the perfect dram to toast the 2012 Distillery Festival. Our own Tam Gardiner was among those who chose this dram.
Bottled at 53.5%, it is non-chillfiltered with no artificial colouring. Only 190 bottles! This is bottle . 70clBottle No: 022
