One of Bruichladdich's most impressive early packaging jobs under the new regime of Mark Reynier and Jim McEwan, Enlightenment was released in 2002 in celebration of a reprint of the seminal treatise 'The Practical Distiller', first published in 1718, a copy of which is included.
500 bottles were released from a batch of two bourbon casks.Distilled 1984, bottled August 21, 2002. From warehouse 12 and bourbon casks 14 and 15 70cl and bottled at 53.7%. Bottle no 106 of 500.
