This is a very very edition of Jameson's which was released for the millennium. It is a "pure pot still" whiskey, meaning it doesn't contain any grain whiskies. Hailed as the pinnacle of Jamesons, this is incredibly difficult to find these days. A real gem for Irish whiskey fans out there.
