The first in a series of whiskies produced by experimental Californian distillery Seven Stills. The idea behind the range is to produce whiskies by distilling craft beers, in this case a smoked chocolate oatmeal stout. Although the whisky shows a somewhat unique flavour profile, 20% of the malt used in production was peat smoked to give the whisky a more familiar character.
