This 27 year old Springbank whisky was distilled in 1965 and bottled in 1993. It commemorates the Everest challenge which took place in the same year as the whisky was bottled. The challenge was a charity bike ride which took place in the foothills of the Himalayas and was sponsored by the glazing company Everest.

The famous British designer and 1960's icon Mary Quant OBE was commissioned to design the label which shows a snow capped mountain peak enclosed in the words "I'm going for Everest."
