We're not claiming to be experts on Sake here at SWA, so bear with us! Junmai Ginjo sake is a premium sake produced using only rice, with no added alcohol. The rice is highly polished, denoting that this is one of the finer Sakes.
This sake was produced by Inchinokura, founded in 1973, who are one of the leading breweries in Japan. Located north of Tokyo on the woody hill of Matsuyama, Osaki city.
Light, fruity and refined, this is a sake to enjoy at room temperature or very lightly chilled.
