Athenee Tsipouro
Tsipouro is a traditional pomace brandy of the region of Macedonia in Greece. Tsipouro is different from other spirits, for it is from the pomace of white grapes, such as Assyrtiko Roditis Athiri and distilled twice. After the first distillation is sometimes flavored with anise. Besides Anis, a secret blend of herbs and seeds gives each a distinct flavor and distinctive aroma. Its unique and fine flavor comes from the "marriage", during the distillation of seeds and herbs that are chosen very carefully at harvest.

Calliga Robola De Cephalonie 1981
Produced by Calliga, this white wine is made from the Robola grape, from Cephalonia, an island in the Gulf of Corinth in Western Greece. The wine is clear, pale straw color, with a light, perfumed scent of apples, and a flawless flavor of crisp, juicy fruit in perfect balance with lemony acidity. Think of a beautifully crisp Albariño and add Greek sunshine.
