Winning bid: £115

Bottled by German company, Malts of Scotland, this bottle has a bit of a mysterious air about it. The distillery is un-named and instead we're left with a picture of Dalrymple Bridge in Ayrshire.

There have been rumours that this is the first bottling of Ailsa Bay. Indeed WhiskyFun's Serge Valentin has left his tasting notes and speculated on whether or not it is an Ailsa Bay whisky. All the hints are there: Dalrymple is the trading name of teaspooned Ailsa Bay, which also happens to be in Ayrshire.

Do you agree with with Serge? This has the potential to be a very interesting bottle to try!
