The Renegade series is a limited release from Mark Reynier, the former CEO of Bruichladdich. The whisky in this series comes from two casks filled during his time with the distillery. The two bottlings have taken their names from Greek mythology. "Epione" a Greek goddess of soothing pain, and the second after "Meleagar" a Greek hero.
The Epione was strictly limited bottling and was only available in five countries globally. Although, you can now get hold at a bottle here at SWA!
