This is the 1990 vintage Oban Distillers Edition, which is given a finishing period in Montilla Fino casks for an interesting depth of flavour. An excellent and deeply intriguing expression of Highland single malt Scotch whisky. It matches the sea spray notes often found in Oban's malts with a dry fruitiness from the casks very well indeed.
