Born in 1897, on the banks of the River Spey. Reborn and reopened by Ian Macleod Distiller's Ltd in Januray 2012. This is the new cask strength series and is expected to be released in several batches. This is batch one.
We've been told that the cask strength of this was nearing 70% and it was diluted down to the high 50s and released as batch strength.

Benromach
Gordon & Macphail's own little distillery which they brought over in 1994. Officially reopened with the prince of Wales himself 2004. This is the 100 proof release. Bottled at 57%ABV strength.
