Hello all and welcome to this the 51st Auction here at Scotch Whisky Auctions!

The Feis Ile has been and gone for another year but the whisky remains here at Scotch Whisky Auctions for a chance to buy any missed, drunk or must have bottles from the whisky island.

Heading up the auction this month is the wonderful Croft Blend. This incredible bottle has survived two World Wars and is very possibly the last of its kind in the world. Please click on the link to read the story of this wonderful lot. After that there is a Royal Brackla distilled in 1924. Never available for sale to the public in the United Kingdom, this is a wonderful collector's piece and the accompanying mini allows you to try this hen's teeth whisky.

Macallan is once again strongly represented with examples of their Fine and Rare series from 1951 and 1961 as well as an M, an Elliot Erwit, A Speymalt 1945, two Robert Burns Semiquincentenaries and many other examples of this powerhouse distillery.

Glenfiddich bring us a Private Cask from 1955 and from 1967 there is a wonderful Talisker. Karuizawa has a strong showing with a handful of bottles that were released only in Taiwan - they have beautiful Geisha labels, as well as the other bottles from the Japanese Port Ellen. The Bowmore 1957 is here with its imposing wooden box and we have a White Horse from 1935 and a Black & White from 1949.

In this month's auction we have some incredible bottles, our usual collection of easy drinking drams and great investment bottles so please feel free to browse away and get bidding.

All the best from the The SWA Team and as always - Don't lose your bottle!
