The Singleton of Dufftown's first appearance in Diageo's annual Special Releases, this mighty-fine herbaceous 28 year old is a welcome addition. Ordinarily, the contents of the refill American Oak casks used may have found their way into one of the fancier Johnnie Walker blends, but we're glad to see it (and taste it) as a natural cask strength single malt.
