Using a lightly peated younger whisky to give it a more of a backbone and later on adding a more heavily peated 18 year old into the vat to provide the blend with the complexity and signature smoke that Hakushu are famous for.

This Yamazaki Single Malt has been bottled with no age statement.

The stills at the Yamazaki distillery come in a variety of shapes, some are direct fired others are not and there is also a variety of arm variations that allow for a myriad of styles of whisky to be created for blending.

Suntory Royal 12 Year Old Year Of The Rooster:

This Rooster contains Suntory's Royal blend, which they are very proud of. In fact it is claimed that it is one of the finest blended whiskies in the whole of Japan!

This blended whisky from Nikka comes with a fantastic Samurai helmet and armor.

Gold & Gold has been one of the mainstays of Nikka's range of blended whiskies since its launch in 1968.
