The first ever legal whisky distilled, bottled and produced from Abhainn Dearg Distillery and the Outer Hebridean Archipelago. The bottle is beautifully presented in a wooden box, bearing the Abhainn Dearg logo.
This release came from a small number of casks numbered - 4. 5. 6 & 7 - all American Oak, bourbon casks laid down when the distillery started production in 2008.
Bottled by hand, the whisky is non chill filtered and at its natural colour. The bottle bears the signature of Mark Tayburn, the owner of Abhainn Dearg.

Kilchoman distillery was the first distillery to be built on Islay for 125 years and has garnered a sterling reputation in its short life span. With everything being carried out on site, from floor maltings, distilling and maturation to bottling, it is now one of the largest private employers on Islay. Bottled: 2011
