This Japanese beverage (from what we can deduce) is for mixing with Shochu, Jinro or other spirits to make a crisp and refreshing Highball.

Hallasan Soju & Hallasan Moon Sunhan Soju

From the Korean island of Jeju. The Senoir Managing Director, Hyun Jae Woong said that the main thing that marks their Soju out from the other avaialble is the pure and clean water they use during production. Since the company’s inception it has always used Jeju’s underground water, retrieved from a nearby reservoir 70 meters below ground. When it rains the water is filtered through basalt rock for up to 40 years, which makes the island’s soju of high quality, and also brands the liquor with the notion of being purely Jeju. They produce an incredible 1 million bottles a day of the liquor!
