The clever folks at Balcones over in Waco, Texas took the corn which is probably better known for making delicious tortilla chips (yes really) and made a really delicious whisky instead. We're also informed that blue corn is pretty dangerous as it contains a high oil content, which when mixed with heat from distillation can become somewhat... Flammable. Best drink it with caution!
