One of the several bottles entered to raise money for one of the mashmen at Glenfarclas who was recently diagnosed with Motor Neurone Disease. His dream was always to cycle across the USA so all of the staff have banded together to help raise money to send him across to America for a dream holiday. This, along with many of the other bottles, were collected by the man himself as he cycled to each of the distilleries he's worked at on a specially adapted tricycle.
Born in 1897, on the banks of the River Spey. Reborn and reopened by Ian Macleod Distiller's Ltd in Januray 2012. This is the new cask strength series and is expected to be released in several batches. This is batch number one.
