Sherry Cask:
Matured in Oloroso sherry casks in special editions, Kavalan Solist Sherry is bottled by hand at the distillery, without any colouring, chill-filtration. Kavalan Solist Sherry was also awarded Best Rest of the World Single Malt Whisky 2011 at World Whisky Awards followed by a Double Gold in 2012.

Kavalan Distillery was founded on an idea of taking Scottish methods of making whisky and importing that expertise to Taiwan for a wholly-owned Taiwanese distillery. After a great deal of research investment, their spirits were finally brought to the world.
