We are offering free contactless pick ups for bottles to be entered into the auction for over 10 bottles or collectively worth a minimum of £1000 across mainland UK contact us to find out more and check availability.
Shipping may be subject to delays due to international restrictions and some countries are not as of yet accepting shipments.We strongly recommend utilising our long term storage facility for bottles in the short term. US customers please note while shipping has recommenced this is at a very limited capacity. As a result of this there may be additional carriage fees applied by the courier to your shipment. We have no control over these additional charges as they are levied by the courier. If you have bottles stored here with us please contact us to discuss your options. The EU and UK Trade and Cooperation Agreement was signed on 30 December 2020. Whist there are some changes for our EU customers there are no additional changes for customers based in the UK or the rest of the world.
For EU customers there will now be zero VAT charge on our services such as buyers premium and shipping with the exception of our UK based long term storage. VAT/Fees will be charged on the goods by local customs within the destination country at the corresponding rate. You will be contacted by the courier or your local customs to pay the VAT/fees applied on your goods prior to receiving your shipment. Please check your local applicable VAT/Fees rate prior to placing bids.
Please check out our terms and conditions fully prior to participating in our auctions. We cannot accept liability for bottles returned to us or destroyed by customs in the event local VAT/Fees are not paid.
EU customers can continue to send bottles to us for submission into auction. However please note UK Spirits duty will be applied upon import at a rate of £28.74 per Litre of 100% alcohol on bottles coming into the UK. As an example a 70cl of 43% alcohol would be charged at £8.65. In addition to this couriers will charge a fee for processing shipments where customs fees are applicable. This fee is approximately £11.50 per shipment although can be higher depending on the value of your shipment. Where fees are applied we will pay these on your behalf to allow the bottles to enter the UK. This will be deducted from your auction winnings.
There may be additional courier charges as a result of Brexit disruption for shipments to the EU, this is out-with our control. Where these apply our logistics team will advise on your shipping quote prior to payment.

Due to import regulations we cannot currently ship to Sweden, Italy, Poland, Croatia, Latvia. Spain and Estonia and there continues to be potential difficulties shipping to a handful of countries within Europe. Please check your local customs regulations and rules on alcohol imports prior to bidding. If you have an outstanding order here with us please contact us to discuss your options.
