Samuel Smith & Son got their pot still fired back up in 1997, after it being de-commissioned in the early 1970's. The barley is from Tasmania, it's malted at Cooper's Brewery in Adelaide and the spirit is distilled in the famous wine region of the Barossa Valley in Australia.
