Glen Keith has recently been refurbished and expaned with a capacity of 6 million litres a year. Chivas Brothers are intending to use almost all of its spirit for blending. In the past the distillery has been a site of experimentation, they have been innovative in the use of yeast strains as well as peating the water not just the barely used in production.
