In 1826 the exuberant and extroverted James Allardice founded the distillery and produced his 'Guid GlenDronach' single malt. There was a period where the distillery was mothballed between 1996 and 2002. However in 2008, nothing less than a complete renaissance began. The BenRiach Distillery Company became GlenDronach's proud new owner.
This lot has two bottles up for grabs.
Known more for their Sherry cask whiskies, the Glendronach 20 year old has been finished in Tawny Port pipes to give a different perspective of this popular distillery.

Batch number 1 of GlenDronach's cask strength release. A glorious colour, this whisky has been aged in a combination of Oloroso and Pedro ximenez sherry casks.
