At its appearance at the end of 2011 this was the oldest single malt whisky ever released by Loch Lomond. Distilled by distillery manager of the day Duncan Thomas and then matured onsite for almost 45 years before bottling.
Distilled Sept 22, 1966 and filled into oak barrels the following day. Bottled in June 2011. One of only 1640 bottles
