Situated in an industrial estate, the Teaninich distillery produces 9.8million litres of spirit a year and is a vital component of several Johnnie Walker blends. The first distillery north of Inverness to have electric light, Teaninich was the first malt whisky distillery in Scotland to install a mash filter press instead of a mash tun.
