Japanese rum may seem like a glitch in the booze matrix, but producers Kikusui Shuzo have managed to create a beautiful spirit from brown cane sugar grown on Japanese soil. Aged in wood barrels for 7 years, this rum could easily be mistaken for a quality, traditional Caribbean rum.
