The Rare Malts are a series of Diageo cask-strength releases, designed to show off some of the lesser known whiskies in its empire. Now discontinued they are much sought after by collectors. All bottlings are cask strength, and un-chill filtered.
Bladnoch has had many owners over the years. Most recently it has been purchased by Australian businessman David Prior. It is the most southerly distillery in Scotland and one of the oldest, celebrating its 200th Anniversary in 2017.
