Since 1835, when King William IV granted the first Royal Appointment ever given to a distillery, Brackla has been called "Royal Brackla" and known as "The King's own Whisky".
This whisky has been bottled by the oldest independent bottler in Scotland, which has long championed the absence of colouring and chill filtering.
