Bollinger was founded on February the 6th, 1829.

This bottles vintage is 1949, 8 years after Jacques Bollinger died and his wife "Madame Jacques" took over the company. The Paul Renaudin name didn't leave the label until the 1960's, when the label became solely Bollinger.
