Balmenach 1973 27 Year Old Highland Selection

Highly prized for blending, Balmenach uses a worm tub to achieve a 'meaty' aspect seldom seen in Speyside whiskies.

The fingerprint malt in InverHouse's Hanky Bannister blend, there are few official bottlings of Balmenach, but it is bottled as a single malt by Aberko and called Deerstalker.
