Ribe Mjod
This is a Mead, or 'honey wine' from Ribe, Denmarks oldest town. It was made in collaboration with the Ribe VikingeCentre. The mead is said to be brewed with the same honey as viking blood and is then dry hopped with apple juice. This makes it quite a sweet dessert mead.
