Karuizawa distillery officially closed its doors in 2011, although it hadn't been producing whisky since 2000. Since then all the stocks have been bought by Number One Drinks Company who release them every so often.
La Maison Du Whisky have over the years both released and imported an amazing selection of Karuizawa from Number One Drinks Company. This one is a 1967 vintage from the cask 6426 well the half of it. The other half was released for TWE anniversary.
