A three bottle presentation of vintage cognacs from the House of Hine presented in a dark wood Hine branded box.
Hine Vintage 1957
"An exceptional year"
This pale amber coloured Grande Champagne is quite robust. Notes of preserved fruits and vanilla. A distinct floral impression. On the palate, without being overly strong, the cognac reveals perfumes of dry fruits and dry leather. Very pleasant aftertaste.
Hine Vintage 1975
"An equally good vintage for both wine and cognac"
This very powerful 1975 Grande Champagne is dominated by tannins and spices. On the palate, the volume and persistence confirm the first impressions on the nose. A very masculine cognac.
Hine Vintage 1981
"An extraordinarily harmonious vintage"
A wet year and high humidity levels in Bristol have contributed to this extraordinary harmonious but discreet vintage. On the nose, hints of honey and apricot. One the palate, very delicate.
