Lot number: 069-3918

Winning bid: £110

This heavily peated whisky from Bruichladdich has been peated to 40ppm and is distilled in the same tall stills resulting in a spirit that has both power and elegance. Created to commemorate the Lochindaal distillery, originally called Port Charlotte, which closed in 1929, it was the first spirit distilled by the Murray McDavid team in 2001.

From Bruichladdich's own website: PC11, ‘Eòrna Na h-Alba’ - Scottish Barley - is our homage to the land and people that gave life to this whisky. This edition is only available at the distillery or in selected travel retail stores. Oh and of course here on Scotch Whisky Auctions!

Bottled: 2013

59.5% ABV / 70cl

Bottle Number: One of 12,000 bottles released.

Please examine the images of the bottle, any packaging and labels carefully and satisfy yourself as to their condition before making a bid.
