Blade and Bow 75cl

Blade and Bow have devised a "solera" system in which barrels of Stitzel-Weller whiskey are are topped up with younger spirits, which are in turn replenished with younger still, meaning that in theory all bottles filled from the bottom of the solera will contain a portion of old S-W Bourbon.
