In 1869 the Ripy brothers opened their distillery on Wild Turkey Hill in Lawrenceburg, Kentucky. Wild Turkey Bourbon got its name in 1940 when distillery executive Thomas McCarthy took samples of the bourbon on a wild turkey hunting trip.
Technically not Bourbon, this Sherry Signature has been made using 10 year old Kentucky Bourbon that been finished in Oloroso Sherry Casks. Whatever you want to call it, that sounds pretty delicious to us.
