Built to provide whisky for the Teacher's blend in 1898, this Highlander's main production is a peated whisky, but there is also a non-peated version called Ardlair (Ardless is its nickname) which accounts for around 40% of its output.
'Ardmore Cooperage', taken by famed photographer Ian Macilwain, championed by whisky distilling legend on Islay Jim McEwan, so much so he writes the foreword in Ian's book!
