A very interesting release from Jim Beam, their Distiller's Masterpiece has been treated to a longer ageing duration than their standard bourbon, and has then been finished in Pedro Ximénez casks to impart yet more flavour! It's not often you see bourbon finished in these types of casks, so if you're looking for something a bit different, you've certainly found it.
