In 1993 Jamie Walker, great-grandson of former owner Archibald Walker, revived the Adelphi name as an independent bottler nearly 60 years after the distillery stopped producing whisky. Today they are an acclaimed bottler of rare and and limited edition single malt whisky, so demanding are they that they select only 4% of the whisky they are offered.
