Lot number: 072-4941
Winning bid: £280
An interesting antique bottling from S. Watson Wine & Spirit Merchant of Leith, Edinburgh. The Volunteer Arms was a pub (and at some time merchant!) situated at 180 Leith Walk, and indeed featured in the Danny Boyle classic Trainspotting as the venue in which notorious hard-case Begbie loses a game of pool, and subsequently loses the plot... the pub was renovated and renamed in 2014 to take advantage of the gentrification of the area.
No ABV / Volume Stated
Please note this is a small "half" bottle!
Please examine all images of the lot, any packaging and labels carefully and satisfy yourself as to their condition before making a bid.
