The Bordeaux wine region in France is home to some of the most famous appellations in the country - St Emilion, Pauillac, Pomerol and Sauternes to name a few. Within these geographical designations lie some of the most famous and revered wineries in the world.
This Pauillac, from the left bank of the River Gironde, has been produced since the 18th century when Irishman Thomas Lynch gave his name to the estate.
