Highland Park 10 Year Old Ambassador's Choice & Highland Park Dark Origins

The most northerly of Scottish whisky distilleries, Highland Park was founded in 1798 and is one of the most highly regarded single malts in the world, the great Michael Jackson calling it, "The greatest all-rounder in the world of whisky." and Paul Pacult awarded it, "The Best Spirit in the World." in 2005. The unique peat of Orkney gives the whisky a distinctive heathery sweetness.

Highland Park 10 year old ambassador's choice was developed specifically for the Swedish market, and is a non chill filtered statement.

Dark Origins:

A Non Age Statement release from Highland Park. It apparently uses twice as many first fill sherry casks than in the classic Highland Park 12 year old resulting in a naturally darker, richer flavour.
