Founded in 2010, The Lost Spirits Distillery of Monterey County California specialise in experimentation, and the application of pioneering scientific technique to produce their range of rums and whiskies. The company gained notoriety in 2015 when it claimed to have invented a method of replicating the chemical reactions that take place during ageing in cask.
