Situated at the base of, and named after Britain's tallest mountain, Ben Nevis was founded by 'Long' John McDonald. The distillery is owned by Nikka and one third of the new make is shipped directly to Japan for use predominantly in Nikka Black.
This bottle comes from the Carn Mor range, bottled by the Scottish Liqueur Centre. Its Strictly Limited range is a collection of whiskies from single Scottish distilleries. This range is extra special because all the bottles are non-chill-filtered, meaning they keep all of the oils and protein that lend to a more natural taste.
