Linkwood has been operating for nearly 200 years and enjoys a very high reputation amongst blenders for its light fragrant style that is twinned with a thick texture in the mouth. This is achieved with a long fermentation of 75 hours , and slow distillation in spirit stills that are larger than the wash stills so they can maximise the contact with the copper.
