The brainchild of Butcher, Heiko Brath, and gin producer Harald Reinholz. This gin was born from the idea that the production of sausage and gin are quite similar, and that one could use the same herbs and spices used in sausage as botanicals for a gin. Okay, we can see where they're coming from, but we still can't help thinking that more than a few G&Ts might have been involved in the thought process.
