Plantation rum is a French-owned rum producer which bottle rums from all over the Caribbean. Some of these rums are transported to France for cask finishing, including Cognac cask finishing. This is a 2001 vintage rum from Trinidad, which was blended, bottled and presented as part of the Plantation range.
