A few facts for all you fans out there: Appleton Estate's Master Blender, Joy Spence was the first woman in the world to become a master blender of Rum. In fact, her sense of smell is so good that she is employed by NASA as part of their sensory panel!

This bottle was created to commemorate Joy's 20th anniversary as a master blender. Pretty cool, huh?
